  1. first goto blogger.com and sign in to blogger dashboard
  2. go to setting 
  3. choose search and Prefrences
  4. on last you find monetisation 
  5. on monetisation section yo find ads.txt has been disabled by defaut
  6. you to ad these settings google.com, pub-xxxxxxxx, DIRECT, f08c47fec0942fa0 change xxxxxxx with your adsense id

Done you issues are solved now wait for few days to verify after few days notication will removed from your adsense dashboard..
